Where an account is suspended pending investigation, e666a will notify the account holder by message and will aim to complete the investigation within 10 business days.

Upon permanent account closure for a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at e666a's sole discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (other than for self-exclusion), and the account is in good standing with KYC verification complete, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

e666a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
